Knowledge Transfer, Translation and Translators


Too often Consultants fail to get their message across to their clients because they do not Translate their information in a useful format, therefore the client does not benefit from the Transfer. At PASS we use the pragmatic ‘storytelling’ approach in order to engage the entire brain and increase the clients’ capability to remember the principles and objectives of the information Transferred. A classic example of a pragmatic Translation of information would be the ‘One Minute Manager’ series of books.
